Paying people in Nigeria shouldn't be this hard

Every month, thousands of Nigerian businesses fight the same battles: PAYE rules that change, pension schedules due at different times, salaries re-keyed into internet banking, payslips assembled by hand, and one overworked person holding it all together in a spreadsheet.

HRSoftwareAfrica was built to end that. We are a Nigerian software company making payroll and HR automation that treats local requirements — PAYE under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025, pension, NHF, NSITF, ITF, NDPA data protection, Naira disbursement through local rails — as the product's core, not an afterthought bolted onto foreign software.

Our mission

To let every African business — from a five-person startup to a multi-branch group — pay its people accurately, compliantly and on time, without needing a payroll department.

Why Nigeria-focused?

Because generic global tools don't know what NHF is, can't file an ITF schedule, and can't disburse through Remita. Local compliance is exactly where software helps most — and exactly where imported products fall short. We build for Nigeria first, and for the rest of Africa by extension through multi-currency payroll and configurable tax rules.
